7.1    The below list affects how you earnings and receiving of payments:

(a)    All earnings as points in your picknwork account can only be withdrawn if you meet the minimum withdrawal order of $10 via paypal or $50 via bank wire.

(b)    Payments received from our third party partners are deposited into your picknwork salary account, and is subject to be withdrawn if it meets the minimum withdrawal amount.

(c)    We maintain a currency exchange rate converting from different currencies that we support, and we also have our local points to USD conversion rate as shown on www.picknwork.com/exchange-rate

(d)    Our exchange rate is subject to change according to picknwork rate at a given time, and we do not notify our users about this change, as only new transactions after the change have been made will take effect immediately, but old transactions are still treated with the old exchange rate as at the time the transaction occurred. This means that none converted or withdrawn pints or payments may be affected by the new exchange rate during their conversion or withdrawal time.




8.1    As an intending partner with www.picknwork.com, you shall provide all documents and KYC needed or that may be asked of you.

8.2    You must ensure that all contents which includes videos, audios, ebooks, CD, DVDs and books are original works done by you, and you have the copyright to any content if we are to place them on our website.

8.3    we do not partnership with firms or company that is into adult contents or pornographic materials, sexual contents, misleading information’s, materials or contents capable of causing security risk and internal conflicts, promotion of any form of violence or hatred, racism or political crisis.

8.4    All your work at home or business description must go through review and approval process by all the Picknwork team, and any contents that does not meet our standard or that falls in the section 8.3 will be declined.

8.5    the approval duration may vary and we reserve the rights as to when your submitted partnership request will be approved or declined.

8.6    You must pay the allotted users security funds in respect to your approved partnership application, and this has no specific amount as you will be billed according to the sensitive nature of your work and its potential jobbers involvement.

8.7    Pick n work will not hesitate to delist your company or firm if we discover non fair play with you and pick n work jobbers, we may also delist and terminate your partnership without refund if there is a report of none payment to jobbers as at when due, none compliance with your promises, salary amount or earnings amount.



9.1    As an intending certified jobber with www.picknwork.com, you shall provide all documents and KYC needed or that may be asked of you.

9.2    You must ensure that all certification documents acquired elsewhere are valid and legally obtained.

9.3    You must the certification enrolment fee according to your areas of specialty before undergoing our certification process.

9.4    We ensure we give your assignments within your chosen and certified areas of specialty only.

9.5    Picknwork has the sole discretion to terminate your certification as picknwork jobber if found wanting or non-competent with previously jobs or tasks assigned to you.

9.6    We do not pay for jobs or task assigned to you until our clients certifies that he/she is okay with the job you did within the clients job description before payments will be  credited to your picknwork salary account.

9.7    We have a random method of selecting which jobber is to be awarded a job or task as the case may be, and this method of selection only occurs among the best of picknwork certified jobbers, and we cannot undermine the outcome of this random selection process as we make sure the winner of the job is the one that will be assigned the job to do, this is to remain transparent and unbiased with our job awarding process, as it comes through a raffle selection process method.

9.8    the approval duration may vary and we reserve the rights as to when your submitted partnership request will be approved or declined.
